Fairly clean, good value hotel, the location was unbeatable near to Brighton, bars and the pier. Huge units with very comfy double beds. I thoroughly enjoyed natural lighting. The staff was attentive and made me feel at home.

Strategic location, exceptionally comfortable beds, savoury variety of breakfast food. Comfortable room, amazing bathroom. Executive bar and sweet staff. Exemplary service was provided. Besides, parking was available on-site. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Palace Pier bus stop.
